BiggyBank is in the process of writing a detailed terms and conditions and privacy policy.

In the meantime, here is the short version:

• We don't allow anything illegal.
• We don't allow pornography or other adult related content
• Some of the links on our site use cookies
• We are not responsible for any third-party links you click on
• We won't use your registration details for anything other than registration. We don't support spam - neither from us nor from others
• If you find something on BiggyBank that is yours, and you don't want it to be here, send us an email with details, and after verifying the details we will remove it if necessary. 
• Make sure you have permission to use anything you submit. If it isn't yours, you're responsible for asking for permission, and crediting your sources. We can't take that responsibility.  
• We don't have hosting facilities for images, videos or sound. Host your media files elsewhere and link to them.
• We may need to make formatting changes to your submissions for technical reasons - if it's not formatted right it could make the whole site look lopsided.
• If we find that you are using our site to write posts that are disguised as advertisements, we may request payment from you. We don't allow links in your posts or comments to any associate programmes that earn revenue for you. We do create such links in our own posts. We reserve the right to unlink links that we find innappropriate.
• We are not interested in holding copyrights to material that you submit - it's yours and you can do what you want with it, however by placing it on BiggyBank you give us permission to use it, alter it, republish it, and create derivatatives from it. 
• Our own stuff is copyrighted by us, and we reserve all rights to it.
• We'll soon be joining the Creative Commons and there will be options for copyrighting your stuff so others don't steal it from you. You will be able to lend it to others if you want to, or not if you don't.
